What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest and message.
• Lesson requests. When you use the booking picker, your selected session, date and time are placed into an email draft in your own mail app. Nothing is sent until you send it.
• Calls and emails. Anything you tell us directly.

This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, schedule and run your lessons, and keep in touch about your coaching. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't send marketing email unless you've asked us to.

Who else sees it

Contact form submissions are delivered through a third-party form service, and email is handled by our email provider. These providers process your message only to deliver it to us. We may also share information where the law requires it.

Fonts and hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Like any web host, these services record standard request data such as your IP address and browser type for security and delivery purposes.

Keeping and removing your information

We keep inquiries and student records for as long as we're working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just email spencersoosman@gmail.com.

Children

Junior coaching is booked by a parent or guardian, who provides the contact details. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children through this website.
